Business processes

Xerox used to be synonymous with copiers. However, in the 21st century, Xerox has moved from just being a company where you get a copier or a multifunction machine to a company that can help streamline processes throughout your organization. A recent Marketplace interview with Xerox CEO Ursula Burns delves into this world of business processes. Read it here

ColorQube demos March 21-23

Learn how your office can save money on your color copying and printing…typical offices save 62% on their color charges. The ColorQube uses a unique color meter system where you only pay for the amount of color you use on a page (as opposed to typical color multifunction plans that are a penny for B&W or a dime for color, even if it’s just one small spot of color on the page). Call Deanna at 218-850-6547 to schedule your time for a demo at our Fargo office, 417 Main Ave., Suite 130 (in the Regional Small Business Center across from Wells Fargo bank). Demos will be held on Monday, March 21, 2-5 p.m.; Tuesday, March 22, 9 am-5 pm; Wednesday, March 23, 9 am-12 noon.

It’s a Five-peat for Service!

Year after year, Xerox earns recognition for its dedication to customer service. Today, February 3, 2011, it was announced that Xerox has earned the J.D. Power and Associates certification of “An Outstanding Customer Service Experience” for excellence in technology service and support. (The news is so “new” that we don’t even have a picture of FIVE trophies lined up yet.) This award is one of the industry’s most prestigious recognitions.

Last month Xerox Services also earned the Technology Services Industry Association’s (TSIA) STAR Awards in two categories: “Excellence in Enabling Customer Support” and “Excellence in Mission-Critical Support.”
