Spring is in full force since iceout last week and people around the area are getting a jump on things by getting docks in the water before mid-April.
Since I made the transition to full-time real estate, business has exploded. I’m grateful for the buyers and sellers who have worked with me and for those who have recommended me to their family, friends and colleagues. It’s been a fun and busy time!

Right now, the area needs more listings. March 2017 compared to April 2016 saw a decrease in available residential listings of about 75 homes.
