Year after year, Xerox earns recognition for its dedication to customer service. Today, February 3, 2011, it was announced that Xerox has earned the J.D. Power and Associates certification of “An Outstanding Customer Service Experience” for excellence in technology service and support. (The news is so “new” that we don’t even have a picture of FIVE trophies lined up yet.) This award is one of the industry’s most prestigious recognitions.
Last month Xerox Services also earned the Technology Services Industry Association’s (TSIA) STAR Awards in two categories: “Excellence in Enabling Customer Support” and “Excellence in Mission-Critical Support.”
