What is WHQL and why does it matter?

WHQL stands for Windows Hardware Quality Labs. WHQL testing involves running a series of tests on third-party hardware or software, and then submitting the log files from these tests to Microsoft for review. Xerox products that are Windows Hardware Quality Labs certified comply with Microsoft standards and ensure seamless compatibility with MS Windows environments.

Since Xerox has done the testing in advance and Microsoft has already certified it, that makes it easy for you. If you’re running a Windows-based server or using Microsoft Office software in your business, that’s one less headache for you. Our entire lineup of current office printers and multifunctions machines is completely WHQL certified. Xerox makes it simple…All Systems Go!
